About The Advantage Group

OUR Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

We understand the importance of specializing to make a transaction work.  With over 100 years of experience as licensed Realtors, we have found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting clients first. This starts with staying accessible, being an excellent listener, sharp communicator, and responding quickly to our clients' needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, We have found that the latest technologies enable us to do everything we've always done, only more efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of exposure to potential buyers and sellers.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Greater Phoenix Area, call us!.

Meet Jamie Zubick - Founder and Team Lead

-Arizona raised with Midwestern values.  I currently reside in North Scottsdale. I have been practicing Real Estate in Arizona for 20 years. My experience began dealing custom homes and raw land development.  On first impression, you will find that I am well versed in luxury homes from the ground up.  Investment and portfolio Real Estate is a niche I very much enjoy!  I also LOVE referrals!  My team's service is diverse.  We want to be your one stop Real Estate experts (we want to serve your kids, kids!).  The benefit of the team is experienced Realtors that work closely and cover the ENTIRE Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

My strength is in putting deals together. I am also a power house with creating the look and specialized marketing that will get your top dollar for your home. I listen and produce!

Our clients mean EVERYTHING to us and we ALWAYS put them first!
